"No Fault" divorce mixed with assignment of lifetime support in this day and age is insanity. Get married at 22, take a few years off of work, have a midlife crisis, move in with your lover at 42, file for divorce, and then get lifetime support! Destroy the working spouse for life. The current law supports this.

We are pushing ahead a legal process. Alimony should be as straightforward as child support and division of assets. It should be about independence and moving on. Get the attorneys to step back.

Promote peace, independence, and self sufficiency, for the parties of divorce.
